Rental fees
For a wedding and/or reception - 9 AM to 11 PM
$1100 plus tax
Hourly rates: $100/per hour plus tax
Hourly rates available for Non-wedding events only
(Any day - 4 hour minimum)

Additional Requirements
Proof of Insurance - A certificate of liability insurance (minimum liability = $100,000) naming the Manatee River Garden Club as certificate holder is required for rental of our facilities.
Security Deposit - $400

The Manatee River Garden club is the perfect venue for weddings, receptions, seminars, parties, family reunions, company picnics and memorials.  We are located between Manatee Avenue and Riverview Drive.  The manicured gardens provide beautiful backdrops for any special event, either large or small.

If you are going to use the adjacent Lewis Park, you must contact the City of Bradenton, 101 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Fl  34205.  The phone number is 941.932.9400.   Ask to talk with Renee Raymond.

You have the convenience of choosing your own caterer, stagers, entertainment, photographer and other vendors and can even bring your own liquor.  If you prefer, we are available to assist you in planning your event and can work with special requests.  We book only one event per day and the building is available to rent seven days a week.

The facility can comfortably accommodate a small, intimate group as well as extensive parties for up to 170 guests.  The clubhouse's various event spaces include the main room, a conference room and screened patio, any of which can be set up for a seated meal, buffet, cocktails or dancing.  The main room measures 1600 square feet with a decorated fireplace and mantle.  Three sets of French doors lead onto the screened-in patio. 

The recently-renovated kitchen has received excellent reviews from caterers.  We are equipped with a stove, oven, microwave ovens, a commercial refrigerator and stainless steel island work space.

The use of our tables and folding chairs (for indoor use only) is included in the rental fee.  The rental fee of $1100 includes room setup and cleanup.  A refundable deposit of $400 is required along with a liability insurance certificate.   Additional setup time on the hourly rate is negotiable.

The Garden Club is a non-smoking facility and is handicapped accessible.  Parking is free and plentiful.
